Ace High is a free social-casino Texas Hold'em game published by Springhiker Inc. (Japan). It uses virtual chips only, which have no monetary value and are never redeemable for cash. This policy explains what data the game handles and why.
Your chip balance, game progress, statistics, daily-bonus date, and your sound, language, and avatar settings are stored locally on your device. You can clear them at any time by resetting the app or clearing its storage.
When you are online, the game may create an anonymous account — a randomly generated identifier with no personal detail attached. Tied to this anonymous ID, we store minimal game data on our server (Supabase) to run these optional features:
This data describes gameplay (hands played, virtual chips won or lost) only.
So you can keep your chips when you change or reset your device, you may optionally link your anonymous account using Sign in with Apple. It is the only sign-in we offer and is never required to play.
If you use it, Apple gives us an account identifier and your email address, which we store with your account so it can be recovered later. Apple's “Hide My Email” option means we usually receive a private relay address rather than your real one. We do not receive or store your name. We never use your email for marketing and never sell it.
The game is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. To prevent automated abuse at sign-in we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving challenge. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address to provide security and content delivery, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
Ace High shows rewarded video ads supplied by Google AdMob. They are entirely opt-in: nothing plays unless you tap “watch a video” in Supply, and watching one credits virtual chips (up to five times a day). There are no other ads anywhere in the game.
To serve and measure those ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, your interactions with the ad, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and diagnostic data, under Google's privacy policy. Some of that counts as tracking under Apple's definition, which is why iOS asks for your permission the first time.
If you decline, the game works exactly the same — you can still watch ads and still earn the same chips; the ads are simply non-personalised. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
There are no in-app purchases — ads are the only way this game makes money. By design, neither watching an ad nor anything else can influence card dealing or win rates: the deck is shuffled with a cryptographic random number generator that is independent of any reward.
Ace High simulates gambling and is intended for adults (rated 17+ / as classified by the App Store). It is not directed to children.
You can remove all on-device data by resetting the app. You can turn ad tracking off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and you never have to watch an ad at all. If you would like the game data linked to your ID — including an email stored through Sign in with Apple — deleted, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

本ゲームは Cloudflare Pages で配信されます。サインイン時の自動不正を防ぐため、プライバシー保護型のチャレンジ Cloudflare Turnstile を使用します。Cloudflare は、セキュリティとコンテンツ配信の提供のため、IP アドレス等の技術情報を同社のプライバシー規約に基づき処理することがあります。
Ace High は Google AdMob が配信するリワード動画広告を表示します。完全に任意で、サプライ画面で「動画を見る」をタップしない限り再生されません。視聴すると仮想チップを獲得できます（1日5回まで）。それ以外の広告はゲーム内のどこにもありません。
広告の配信と効果測定のため、Google は端末の広告識別子・広告への操作・IP アドレスから推定される大まかな位置情報・診断データを、Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて処理することがあります。これらの一部は Apple の定義するトラッキングに該当するため、iOS が初回に許可を求めます。
拒否しても動作は一切変わりません。広告は同じように視聴でき、獲得できるチップも同じです（広告がパーソナライズされないだけです）。設定は 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング でいつでも変更できます。
アプリ内課金は一切なく、広告が唯一の収益源です。また設計上、広告の視聴を含むいかなる操作もカード配布や勝率に影響しません。デッキは報酬とは無関係な暗号学的乱数生成器でシャッフルされます。
Ace High はギャンブルを模したゲームで、成人向け（17+ / App Store の分類に準拠）です。お子様を対象としていません。
端末内データはアプリのリセットで全消去できます。広告トラッキングは 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング でいつでもオフにでき、そもそも広告を視聴しない選択も自由です。ID に紐づくゲームデータ（Sign in with Apple で保存されたメールアドレスを含む）の削除をご希望の場合は、ご連絡いただければ削除します。
